1> Change the active themeChanging the active theme can solve both the root causes. Scroll down to Apply a theme and change the theme of the operating system.
Right-click and select delete for the troublesome theme.
2> Disable the custom screensaverThe custom screensaver is a part of the lock screen mechanism.
