Situated on a part of the campground provided by the Cherokee Indians on the infamed Trail of Tears, the park contains the gravesites of Chiefs White Path and also Fly Smith, among the few confirmed gravesites on the Trail. Also on the website is a revitalized log cabin Heritage Center, which houses artifacts, and also picnic locations.
